Our Story

Teal Heart is a Greek jewelry brand based in Athens, Greece.

Teal Heart designs are handmade and designed by Despina Kelesidou who is the creator of the brand, who often collaborates with local Athenian craftsmen specialized in fine jewellery design and production.

Despina’s designs draw inspiration from nature's beautiful colour palette, the world of cinema,theatre and art as well as from everyday people and their stories.

Despina has a background in the  international jewelry industry working with various metals and stones. After 15 years of corporate experience she decided to follow her heart and create her own brand bringing to life her own ideas and designs. Her ultimate aim is to design jewelry inspired by everyday life, easy to wear, that make people smile and feel happy.

This is how the Teal Heart journey began and we have so many more ideas we will bring to life.
